An elegant sparkling wine showing great finesse crafted by Ian Edwars, a former Winemaker of the Year, in the family-owned Furleigh Estate. Set in the stunning Dorset Countryside a few miles North of Bridport, the first vines were planted in 2005 and they produce an average of 40,000 bottles of sparkling wine a year in total.
In the final stages of creation, a tiny amount of red wine is added, a blend of Pinot Noir and Rondo, which gives a blend with a salmon-pink tinge and a distinctive fresh strawberry fruit flavour.
