Galpharm Max Strength Cold & Flu sachets are a powder for oral solution combining paracetamol 1000 mg and phenylephrine to ease headache, sore throat, and nasal congestion. The blackcurrant flavour makes the hot drink more palatable, and each sachet is simple to prepare. Stir the contents into hot water and take up to four doses in 24 hours.

Powder for Oral Solution. Paracetamol & phenylephrine. These sachets are used for the relief of the symptoms of colds and flu, including headache aches and pains, sore throat, nasal congestion (blocked nose) and feverishness (nigh temperature).
Ingredients: Each 5g sachet of Purple Powder taken as a hot Blackcurrant Drink, contains the active ingredients: Paracetamol 1000 mg and Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 12.2 mg, Also contains: Sucrose, Sodium Citrate, Aspartame (E951), Carmoisine (E122) and Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) and brilliant Blue (E133), Each 5 g sachet contains 118 mg of Sodium.
Warnings:
Storage: Do not store above 25°C.
How to Take: Pour the contents of one sachet into a mug. Fill it with hot, but not boiling, water. Stir until dissolved and drink.
Dosage: Adults, the elderly and children 16 years and over: Take one sachet every 4 to 6 hours as necessary, up to a maximum of 4 sachets (4 doses) in any 24 hour period. Leave at least 4 to 6 hours between doses. Please read the enclosed leaflet carefully before use.
