Gold Fish Brand's Madras Curry Sauce Concentrate brings an Indian curry staple to your home kitchen. A full-flavoured curry sauce, the concentrate is made using a traditional mix of madras spices for a more robust, spicy, Indian-inspired flavour. Simply add one part curry sauce concentrate (100g) to three parts hot water (300g), bring to the boil, and simmer on the hob for approximately 2 minutes. Make sure to continously stir your curry sauce to ensure it is perfectly cooked.
