Ingredients: Sugar, Escallion Mash, Liquid Honey (10%), Salt, Cane Vinegar, Pepper Mash (Hot Pepper, Scotch Bonnet Pepper), Spices (Pimento, Nutmeg, Ginger Powder, Black Pepper, Paprika), Water, Onion Mash, Garlic Mash, Thyme, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Ginger Mash
Use 1-2 teaspoons of Grace Jerk Seasoning per 450g of fully thawed meat / chicken / seafood / vegetables. Rub the seasoning in thoroughly and allow to marinate for at least 1 hour prior to cooking (4 hours for best results). Cook on the grill (most authentic), stove top or in the oven (180°C) using your preferred method.
