Each daily dose provides 600mg of pure Lion's Mane extract from organically-grown fruiting bodies. Begin with one capsule and gradually increase to two capsules daily for optimal results.

How to use: When first using your Grass & Co. FOCUS Lion's Mane Capsules, we recommend you start low and go slow. Take the capsule with water at a time that works for you. Do not exceed the recommended limit of 2 capsules of the same mushroom type every 24 hours. But, you can 'stack' the different Mushrooms such as BIOME, RELAX and DREAM if you spread them across the day. Take care not to exceed the total recommended limit of 2,000mg (or 2g) of mushroom extract powder per day. For best results, maintain your Grass & Co. Mushrooms routine daily.
