This Crémant de Loire Brut Rosé brings fresh red berry flavours and a smooth, balanced palate for any celebration. Produced by Gratien & Meyer using the traditional bottle-fermented method, this French sparkling wine is aged for 18 months and pairs beautifully with fish, white meat or dessert.

Winemaking Techniques
Hand-harvested into perforated crates, selection of the juice during whole-berry pressing, primary fermentation in temperature-controlled vats, ageing on fine lees. The second fermentation takes place directly in the bottle (using the traditional method). For the second fermentation, the yeast used was selected in Champagne to bring out the finesse and fruitiness of the blends. Aged on laths for 18 months in complete darkness and silence.
Singularity
A blend made exclusively from red grape varieties. Co-inoculation (yeast and lactic acid bacteria) is carried out from the start of the first fermentation, helping to enhance the fruit expression and stabilize the colour.
