Cooking Instructions:
1 Remove from packaging...Preheat your oven to 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas mark 7. Remove sleeve and tray film.Place pancakes and sauce to one side.
2 Roast for 50 mins...Leave the duck in its foil tray, ensuring the breast of the duck is facing upwards.Place the foil tray into the centre of the oven and cook for 50 minutes.Once cooked shred the meat and the skin using 2 forks.
3 Assemble pancakes...Heat the pancakes in the microwave inside their bag for 35 seconds (900w/1000w) or 40 seconds (800w). Do not heat the sauce.To serve, drizzle some sauce on each pancake and add some of the shredded duck.Roll and enjoy!All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Storage: Keep refrigerated 0°C to +4°C. Once opened, use within 24 hours and do not exceed use by date. For use by date, see front of pack. This product has been previously frozen; however if you do wish to re-freeze, it is safe to do so. Freeze on day of purchase and use within three months. Defrost it in the fridge thoroughly before cooking. Do not re-freeze after thawing. Use within 24 hours....Suitable for freezing.
