No-Nonsense Brewing Tips:

  • For Cafetiere/Filter: Measure two level dessert spoons (15g) of ground kick-ass coffee to 250ml of water per cup. Pour over water that's come off the boil (92-96°C), or else you could burn the brew.
  • For Espresso: In your machine, add 14-18g of ground coffee for a double shot. Extraction time around 25 seconds.

Storage: Once opened, seal the pack tightly with a clip or peg. No need to put in the fridge, that's nonsense.

Package Type: Bag. Whole Packaging - Recycle with bags at large supermarket - Don't recycle at home.
