The drawer, crisper plates, and divider in this model are coated with a Fulida double-layer, water-based non-stick coating. This coating provides excellent durability and easy food release. The coating is PFOA-free, in line with current regulatory standards, and does not use PFOA in its manufacturing process. However, because it is a fluorine-based (PTFE-type) non-stick coating, it does contain PFAS, which are commonly used in most traditional non-stick cookware for their heat and release properties.
