I pulled a London Dry Gin through a hedge to make something unique and wonderful. It is the countryside in a gin glass

Richard chose wild Bilberries, fragrant yellow gorse, delicate blackberry leaves and a hint of nettles. We worked together to find the perfect ratio for these Lakeland jewels to create a London Dry that is very much of the fells.
