Preparation and usage
Feeding Guide - The feeding chart shows suggested approximate daily amounts based on your puppy's expected adult body weight, although we recommend feeding young puppies to appetite where possible and monitoring their body condition. To introduce weaning, we recommend moistening the food with water or milk to soften it and feeding four meals per day, gradually reducing the amount of liquid added until your puppy is eating solid food. When your puppy reaches six months, you can reduce the number of meals offered to three per day. Always provide fresh water.
Extra small dogs with an expected adult body weight of 3-5kg - Recommended daily feeding amount is 75-100g for puppies aged 2-6 months (split between four meals), increasing to 82-110g for puppies aged 6-12 months (split between three meals).
Small dogs with an expected adult body weight of 5-10kg - Recommended daily amount is 100-165g at 2-6 months, and 110-185g at 6-12 months, with meals split as above.
Medium dogs with an expected adult body weight of 10-20kg - Recommended daily amount is 165-260g per day at 2-6 months, increasing to 185-310g per day at 6-12 months.
Large dogs with an expected adult body weight of 20-40kg - Recommended daily amount is 260-430g at 2-6 months, increasing to 310-525g at 6-12 months.
