Stir into porridge, Greek yogurt, pancake mix, or a morning smoothie. Use in soups and gazpachos, or whisk into a salad dressing. Recommended serving is 7g per day. Do not exceed the stated daily dose.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container and consume within one month. Please recycle at soft plastic collection points; not currently recyclable at home.
