Ingredients: Cocoa Nibs, Cacao Husks, Red Chilli, Ginger, Liquorice.
Ingredients (from pack): Cacao nibs, Cocoa husks, Ancho chillis, Coconut milk powder, Chocolate malt, Stevia leaf. Contains caffeine. No artificial flavourings.
Advisory Information: Contains caffeine and theobromine. Excessive, regular consumption of liquorice root can contribute to increased blood pressure.
Directions: To make an infusion, steep 1-2 teaspoons of loose tisane (or a tea bag) in boiling water for 5-15 minutes, then strain and sip. Drink up to 3 cups a day. Cover while infusing. Alternatively, infuse one heaped teaspoon or one bag in hot (not boiling) water for 5-15 minutes. Holly's Tip: Try adding a touch of peppermint or vanilla.
