Follow in the footsteps of the ancient Mayas with our Habanero Chilli chocolate. They cultivated both cacao and Habanero, which gave us an inkling that this type of chilli would be the perfect partner to bring a fiery kick to our deeply dark, high-cacao 70% chocolate. Our Habanero Chilli chocolate is crafted with chillies grown outside Mexico and Honduras.
Each of our batons is meticulously crafted to ensure precisely two bites and a satisfying 'snap'. We designed them to showcase the nuanced notes of cacao across a spectrum of chocolate grades. Taste the deliciously dark but never bitter - Ghanaian cacao that crafts our 85% Batons.
Salted caramel originated in Brittany - a region known for its butter and sea salt and we've perfected our Salted Caramel 70% recipe with sea salt from the French town just south of that region, Guérande. It's harvested by hand using traditional methods, by salt farmers known as paludiers.
