How to use

1. Read the instructions: Before first use, read the user manual carefully and follow all safety information, especially any warnings about heat, cold and maximum treatment times.

2. Prepare the device: Connect the unit to power or ensure the battery is charged. Set up the knee wrap as shown in the instructions.

3. Position on the knee: Place the wrap around your knee so the treatment area is centred over the front of the joint. Secure the straps so the fit is snug but comfortable, without restricting circulation.

4. Select treatment: Choose your desired mode (heat, cold or contrast), then adjust the temperature and duration as recommended in the manual. Start with shorter sessions and increase only as advised.

5. Monitor comfort: During use, regularly check your skin and comfort level. Stop treatment immediately if you experience pain, excessive heat or cold, numbness or irritation.
