How to use

• 1. Read the instructions: Before first use, read the user manual carefully and follow all safety guidance, including recommended treatment times and temperature settings.
• 2. Prepare the device: Connect the unit to power or ensure the battery is charged. Set up the shoulder wrap and therapy unit as shown in the instructions.
• 3. Position on the shoulder: Place the wrap over the affected shoulder, following the diagrams in the manual. Secure the straps so the wrap fits snugly but comfortably, without restricting movement or circulation.
