Produced from Vidal grapes harvested at the Pratt Vineyard, Inniskillin Gold is a richly concentrated icewine with aromatic tropical fruit character. The grapes freeze naturally on the vine at -10°C, yielding a small amount of nectar from each bunch. Serve well chilled beside soft cheeses or fruit-based desserts.

This beautifully balanced wine is harvested under a full moon at the Pratt Vineyard. Only a small amount of concentrated nectar can be squeezed from each bunch as they naturally freeze on the vine when the temperature drops to -10ºC.
Notes of aromatic tropical fruits, including mango and orange, mingle with tones of peach, nectarine and lemon on the palate. Enjoy alongside a variety of cheeses or fruit based desserts.
