Each smoothie counts towards 1 of their 5 a day and is source of vitamin C.
These smoothies will last happily out of the fridge for up to 12 hours, so they're perfect for packed lunches and days out.
10 smoothies per pack, with each wedge including 1/2 of a pressed apple, 1/3 of a mashed banana, 3 pressed grapes, 3/4 of a crushed strawberry, 1 crushed blackberry & a crushed raspberry.
Keep refrigerated (0-8°C). Shake before opening, not after. Once opened, drink straight away.
Little ones should be supervised when drinking.
When finished, push the paper straw inside the wedge and recycle the whole lot together.

Preparation and usage
Shake before opening, not after.
Top tip: hold your straw straight and at the bottom I to push it in. When you're finished, pop it inside the carton and recycle the whole lot togeher.

Keep refrigerated (0-8°C). For best before date, see back of pack. Once opened, drink straight away. Lasts 12 hours out of the fridge
