Jawbox Small Batch Gin is a classic dry gin, distilled slowly in a traditional copper pot still. Distilled and bottled by hand in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Jawbox Gin is a B-Corp certified brand.

• The Nose: Big, bold juniper and pine notes balanced with coriander and clean citrus.
• The Palate: Classic gin that becomes more complex on the palate. Starts with citrus and juniper developing into pepper, green angelica and subtle rootiness.
• The Finish: Citrus with lingering juniper and pine with the quiet complexity of the supporting cast.

Serving suggestions: Serve over ice with premium tonic water or ginger ale and a slice of apple.

• Jawbox Gin Honeyed Coffee & Tonic Cocktail: 35ml Jawbox Gin, 15ml Honey Syrup, 50ml Cold-Brew Coffee, Tonic Water. Add gin, honey syrup and cold-brew coffee to a glass and stir. Top with tonic water and garnish with a lemon twist.
• Jawbox Gin Mediterranean Spritz Cocktail: 60ml Jawbox Gin, 15ml Aperol, Prosecco. In an ice-filled glass, combine Jawbox and Aperol. Top up with Prosecco and garnish with blood orange slices and fresh herbs.
• Jawbox Gin Negroni Cocktail: 30ml Jawbox Gin, 30ml Campari, 30ml Rosso Sweet Vermouth. Pour all ingredients into an ice-filled glass and stir. Garnish with orange peel.
