Burn the candle until the wax melts and pools to the edge to prevent tunnelling. Extinguish the flame with the lid, and allow the wax to solidify before relighting. Trim the wick between uses to no longer than ¼ inch (6 mm). Protect the surface beneath the candle.
Store in a cool, dry place with the lid on when not in use.
Do not leave unattended or within reach of children or pets. Do not burn for longer than four hours at a time.
