A baking essential for every kitchen, our Professional baking tray is ideal for baking a wide variety of sweets and savouries such as light Swiss rolls, crunchy roast potatoes and providing a surface on which to place oven dishes and cake rings.

Made of sturdy and durable carbon steel that won't warp, it has a non-stick coating, which provides excellent food release, particularly for meringues and choux pastry. Perforations in the tray allow air to circulate, making crispy foods and delicious crusts easier to produce.

Good to know: Dishwasher safe but hand-washing is recommended for the best care of the non-stick coating. In the dishwasher, avoid the highest temperature cycles if possible, avoid abrasive cleaning tablets and, with care, retrieve bakeware from the dishwasher as soon as the cycle is finished.
