Preparation and usage: Top tip: Making a pie? Cut 2 small slits in the pastry lid before baking. It lets the steam escape as it cooks & helps keep the pastry crisp. Cooking instructions: Oven cook.
Storage: Keep me chilled. Suitable for freezing. For use by and lot code, see front of pack. If freezing: freeze on day of purchase, and use within one month. Thaw overnight in a fridge, once defrosted do not refreeze. Keep refrigerated.
Safety information: As tempting as it may be, do not eat the raw dough. This product requires cooking. Small black spots may be present in the pastry. This is bran which is naturally occurring within the flour and will disappear during cooking.
