Cooking Instructions: Oven cook: Get hands onWhen you're ready: Remove your shortcrust pastry from the fridge and leave to rest for 20 minutes before unrolling. 1. Pre-heat your oven to 200°C / 180°C (fan) / Gas Mark 6 and begin to prepare your other ingredients. 2. When you're ready, remove the dough from the packaging and unroll - don't forget to leave it on the baking paper. 3. Slice into your required size and place onto your baking tray in the centre of the oven. Add your fillings and bake for about 10-15 minutes. For heavier toppings, thick dough, or a different oven type, it might need a little extra time.
