How to use

Please read the enclosed leaflet carefully before use.

Directions: Take 4 tablets 30-60 minutes before bedtime. If necessary, on subsequent evenings, take 4 additional tablets earlier during the evening. Do not take more medicine than the label tells you to take. Not recommended for anyone under 18 years old. Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.

Hazards and Cautions

• Do not take if you are taking any other medicine to help you sleep, or for stress or anxiety.
• Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking any medicine.
• You must contact a doctor if symptoms worsen, or do not improve after 4 weeks.
• Alcohol may increase the sedative effect. Therefore alcohol should be avoided whilst taking this medicine.
• Kalms night may make you feel sleepy. If you feel sleepy do not drive or use machinery.
• Keep all medicines out of the sight and reach of children.

Storage

Do not store above 25ºC. Do not use if cap seal is broken. Store in the original package.

• Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you have an underlying medical condition, are taking any other medication or complementary therapy, or if symptoms persist
• Seek advice before using if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, breastfeeding or suffer from allergies
