Uses
We recommend you consume one 14g block (6 per bar) every 25-30 minutes, before and during exercise to Recharge. Suitable for all Sports. KMC NRG BAR contains 83g of Carbohydrate per bar. Each bar can be broken easily into 6 blocks of 14g. They also 4 Key Electrolytes and B Vitamins (B3, B5, B6 & B12) so they pack a real punch. If you want to Recharge your performance, you have come to the right place! Always think ahead and stay on top of your energy levels, eat pro-actively not reactively, to avoid hitting the wall. Eat well before you start exercising and have one block (14g) within 30 minutes into your activity, take one 14g block every 20-30 minutes thereafter. Our KMC NRG BARs are easy to take, they dissolve in your mouth and leave a refreshing and slightly invigorating aftertaste, but we would still recommend having some water with them.
