Preparation Instructions: To make hot: Add 2 teaspoons (4g) to a tea pot or infuser. Add 250ml boiling water, a touch of Knoopology and brew for 4 minutes. To make cold: As above, then allow to cool in the fridge with a slice of lemon or orange and a teaspoon of honey, and serve over ice.
