Le Creuset 3-Ply Stainless Steel Care: Remove all packaging and labels. Wash the pan in hot, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. For any interior with a non-stick cooking surface, rub a film of vegetable, rapeseed or sunflower oil with kitchen paper towel. Rinse with hot water and dry thoroughly. These oils are also best for cooking with. Medium or low heat will provide the best results for cooking, including frying and searing. Le Creuset silicone tools or wooden/heat-resistant plastic tools are recommended. For best results, use an appropriately sized ring for even cooking and to reduce risk of damage to product. Never drag your product across a glass surface. Always lift to move to prevent damage. Oven and grill up safe to 260°C. Allow a minimum distance of 6.5cm when grilling. Always use oven gloves when handling hot products. Allow product to cool before cleaning. Clean with non-abrasive washing tools. Freezer compatible and dishwasher safe, handwash recommended.
