- 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee premium light soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee premium mushroom seasoning powder
Method: Cook the noodles for 3 minutes, then drain. Bring 600 ml of water to a boil with the seasoning and a portion of pre-cooked chicken. Add the noodles, then garnish with greens.
