How to cook:

• 1. Cover your flame-baked pizza bases with Loyd Grossman pizza sauce
• 2. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella and decorate with all your favourite toppings. Spicy salami, tangy capers, juicy olives - anything goes!
• 3. Pop your pizza directly onto the oven shelf, pizza oven tray or stone in a pre-heated oven, and your pizza will be ready in no time. For a gourmet garnish, sprinkle with some freshly torn basil when you're ready to serve.

Cooking Instructions:

• 1. Preheat oven; 200°C/Fan 180°C/ Gas Mark 6.
• 2. Spread tomato sauce evenly across pizza base (approx 75g).
• 3. Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese (approx 75g) over sauce and top with other chosen topping.
• 4. Place pizza directly onto oven shelf, pizza oven tray or stone in pre-heated oven for 7-9 minutes or until cheese is bubbling. Please ensure food is fully cooked and piping hot throughout before serving.
• 5. Sprinkle torn fresh basil (optional) and serve immediately.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container and consume within 1 day. Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 2 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use on the same day and do not refreeze.
