Ingredients Tomato Purée, Finely Chopped Tomatoes (Polpa) (31%), Tomatoes (8%), Mascarpone Cheese (5%) (Milk), Garlic, Olive Oil (4%), Sugar, White Balsamic Vinegar (White Wine Vinegar, Concentrated Grape Must), Salt, Wild Garlic (1%), Concentrated Lemon Juice

Preparation and usage

• Simply cook your favourite pasta, and reserve some pasta water before draining.
• Heat the sauce gently in a saucepan, stirring often, and add the cooked pasta to the saucepan.
• Add a couple of tablespoons of pasta water and stir thoroughly to evenly coat the pasta. Serve with a generous sprinkle of freshly grated Parmesan.

Please ensure food is fully cooked and piping hot throughout before serving. Natural separation is possible so shake well before use.
