What's in it for the planet? In Ghana, the women of the Ojoba Collective expertly harvest and process shea butter by hand. As part of this project, they are able to earn a stable income all year round and direct some of the funds towards local regenerative and community initiatives like a library. The Fair Trade and organic cocoa butter inside is also 100% traceable from sources in Sierra Leone, Dominican Republic and Peru where agroforestry models are in practice to protect local forests.

How to use: Using clean hands, gently pat onto freshly cleansed or shaven skin to hydrate and soothe. To use as a shaving cream, sweep over damp skin, use a sharp blade and plenty of hot water. Finish with a hot flannel. To use in your hair, pinch a little through the ends. Store in cool, dry conditions. Best used fresh.
