The design was created by Sherrie Tilley of Lush Meadowhall, an illustration graduate with a passion for intertwining humour and emotions through character design and storytelling. Sherrie says the design was inspired by the not-so-great jokes our dads tell us, and how we love them anyway (even if they aren't very funny).
We partner with an Italian mill that has 125 years of experience of making quality papers to make this 100% recycled card, using 50% post-consumer waste and 50% pre-consumer/post-industrial waste. These are then printed in England. Rather than using a single-use plastic envelope, a Kard Klasp is used to hold the envelope closed and has the added benefit of speeding up production!
