Cooking guidelines: Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7. Medium 20 mins per 500g, Well done 25 mins per 500g. Needs cooking. Preheat oven and remove all packaging. Season and oil the lamb then place baking tray on middle shelf of oven. Remove from oven and rest for 10 mins. Carve meat into thin slices and pour over any cooking juices to serve. Do not reheat.
