Preparation and Usage:

• Prep: 5 mins
• Cook: 10-12 mins
• Serves: 4
• Heat: preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
• Coat: Mix chicken pieces and oil together in a large bowl. Sprinkle the seasoned crumbs onto a plate or bowl and dip the chicken into the crumbs, pressing lightly to coat evenly.
• Cook: Put the chicken pieces into the air fryer basket in one layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes until crispy and piping hot throughout.
• Cooking time based on 1400W with a maximum basket size of 4.2L. Cooking time may vary between air fryer sizes and models.
• Simply add 450g chicken mini fillets and 1tbsp oil.
• To make a balanced meal with 2 of your 5 a day, just add sticky rice, kimchi or chilli sauce, shredded red cabbage, radishes and a squeeze of lime. Why not try using tofu instead of chicken as an alternative protein?
