The Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from four olive varieties - Arbequina, Picual, Hojiblanca and Morisca. It is elegant, fresh, herbaceous and heady, with creeping spice and a black-pepper and orange flesh finish. The Red Wine Vinegar is clean and sweet on the palate, with finishing notes of vanilla, fennel, liquorice and almonds.
