Included is a anti-allergy and anti-slip floor mat covering almost the entire surface of the board to allow for a whole host of exercises including lunges, planks, sit-ups, press-ups and more.
The MAXhealth Fitness Board comes with 5W built in bluetooth speakers that allow you to workout to your favourite music. Simply select the music mode using the infrared remote control and the board will act as a speaker and also sync to the beat of the song that is playing.
Fitted with a timer, speed counter and calorie counter the MAXhealth Fitness Board allows you to monitor your progress. Interactive LED lighting technology that sees the soft blue lights that are eluminated during the workout turn to red to denote the beginning of the final 2 minutes of the selected workout programme.
