How to use

1. Twist off the pump head
2. Screw the refill into the pump head
3. Reattach and twist to lock
4. Twist to unlock the nozzle, then pump a few times to get started
5. Apply two pumps to your toothbrush and brush for 2 minutes, twice a day.
