Usage: Just add water Preparation With approx. 250ml of water or milk

  • 1. Important: Before adding the water or the milk, shake the bottle vigorously upside down to loosen the pancake mix completely from the base.
  • 2. Pour water or milk (approx. 250 ml) into the bottle up to the fill line and screw tightly.
  • 3. Immediately shake the bottle upside down for about 1 minute, so that all the powder is dissolved. Leave the finished batter to stand for approx. 2-3 minutes.
  • 4. Put some oil or butter into a non-sticking frying pan and heat gently. Shake the batter once again. Pour portion by portion (around 8-10 cm diameter) of pancake batter into the pan and cook on both sides at medium heat until they are golden yellow.

Tip: Add maple syrup and fresh fruit - Delicious!
