Ingredients for 4 people:

• Spaghetti 320g
• 3 tablespoons of Mutti Double Concentrate Puree
• Mutti Passata 150g
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil 30g
• 2 or 3 cloves Garlic
• 3 Dried chopped chili peppers
• Salt

Method:

• 1. Bring a liter of water to a boil, adding three tablespoons of Mutti Double Concentrated Tomato Puree and salt.
• 2. In a pan, heat the oil, add the minced garlic and chili pepper. Sauté for a few minutes, then add the Mutti Tomato Passata and a pinch of salt. Cook for 2 minutes.
• 3. Add the uncooked spaghetti to the pan and spread them out with a wooden spoon so they can absorb the flavors. Let them stick to the pan over medium heat.
• 4. As soon as they stick, flip them using tongs and start cooking by pouring ladles of boiling red broth. From this moment on, do not stir the spaghetti anymore.
• 5. After about 15 minutes, the Spaghetti all'Assassina are ready.
