Mutti Tomato Passata, is made from 100% sun-ripened Italian tomatoes, harvested at their peak and gently processed to preserve their bright flavour, vibrant colour, and smooth texture. Spaghetti all'assassina

• Ingredients for 4 people: Spaghetti 320g, 3 tablespoons of Mutti Double Concentrate Puree, Mutti Passata 150g, Extra Virgin Olive Oil 30g, 2 or 3 cloves Garlic, 3 Dried chopped chili peppers, Salt

Method:

• Bring a liter of water to a boil, adding three tablespoons of Mutti Double Concentrated Tomato Puree and salt.
• In a pan, heat the oil, add the minced garlic and chili pepper. Sauté for a few minutes, then add the Mutti Tomato Passata and a pinch of salt. Cook for 2 minutes.
• Add the uncooked spaghetti to the pan and spread them out with a wooden spoon so they can absorb the flavors. Let them stick to the pan over medium heat.
• As soon as they stick, flip them using tongs and start cooking by pouring ladles of boiling red broth. From this moment on, do not stir the spaghetti anymore.
• After about 15 minutes, the Spaghetti all'Assassina are ready.
