Preparation and usageDirections for Use:
Suggested Use: 16g (one serving of powder) is added to 350ml of cold water and mixed, best results in a shaker. The lid should then be taken off the shaker and product should be left for a few minutes for the foam to settle. Product is then ready to drink.
