1. Slip toes and ball of foot through opening and pull support into place. Wrap strap around back of ankle to tighten.
2. Wrap long strap over and under foot and continue to pull strap across front of foot and behind ankle in a figure of 8 motion.
3. Continue to pull strap over front of foot and secure fastener onto front strap.

To size, measure ankle circumference

Materials: Cotton, Polyester, Polyurethane, Polyamide, Elastane, Aloe Vera, Eucalyptus, Silicone

Care: Hand wash cold (do not use fabric softener). Dry flat. Do not tumble dry or dry clean. Do not bleach. Do not iron. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
