Nespresso Coffee Machine. The Citiz user-friendly design includes two programmable buttons with automatic flow-stop for Espresso and Lungo coffee preparations as well as a removable drip tray for taller glass recipes. The 19 bar high performance pump offers barista-style coffee every time, perfectly extracting the delicate flavour and premium aromas of each coffee capsule and creating an incomparably velvety crema. The fast heat-up system reaches the ideal temperature in just 25 seconds, while the automatic energy-saving function switches the machine off after 9 minutes of inactivity, making your life easier.

Care:

  • Clean the coffee outlet regularly with a soft damp cloth.
  • Maintenance unit can be removed in separate pieces for easy cleaning.

Descaling:

  • Remove the capsule and close the lever.
  • Empty the dirp tray and used capsule container.
  • Fill the water tank with 0.5 L of potable water and add 1 Nespresso descaling liquid sachet.
  • Place a container (min. volume 1 L) under coffee outlet.
  • To enter descaling mode, while the machine is turned on, press both the Espresso and Lungo buttons for 3 seconds. Both LEDs blink.
  • Press the Lungo button and wait until the water tank is empty.
  • Refill the water tank with the used descaling solution collected in the container and repeat step 4 and 6.
  • Empty and rinse the water tank. Fill with potable water.
  • When ready, repeat step 4 and 6 to now rinse the machine. Repeat twice.
  • To exit the descaling mode, press both the Espresso and Lungo buttons for 3 seconds.
