Usage
Dispose of patch carefully then wash hands with water only, as instructed in the leaflet.
How to Use Step 1 Patches - For those that smoke 10 or more cigarettes per day. Apply patches to clean, dry skin for a 24 hour Nicotine release. Remove after 16 hours if required for sleep. If you smoke less than 10 cigarettes, we recommend to start on Step 2 patch.
How to Use apply one patch to the skin once a day, preferably on waking. NiQuitin Clear Patch is intended to be used for 24 hours but can be removed before bed (after 16 hours if prefered.

Stopping smoking, vaping or using nicotine products straightaway is best for your health. However if you are not able to, you can a lo use NiQuitin Clear Patch to help cut down on smoking, waping or using nicotine products perhaps before stopping, or to help you stop for short periods of time.
