How to Use Step 2 Patches
For those that smoke less than 10 cigarettes per day. Apply patches to clean, dry skin for a 24 hour Nicotine release. Remove after 16 hours if required for sleep. If you smoke more than 10 cigarettes, we recommend to start on Step 1 patch
Usage
Apply one patch to the skin once a day, at the same time every day, preferably when you wake up. The patch should be applied immediately after it is removed from its sachet. The patch is intended to be used for 24 hours but can be removed before bed (after 16 hours) if preferred.
