Ingredients: Aqua, Magnesium Chloride, Magnesium Sulfate, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Calcium Chloride, Methylsulfonylmmethane (MSM).
Directions: For daily use, this spray is best used after a bath or shower when the pores are open to aid absorption into the skin. Spray 5-10 sprays onto clean unbroken skin, and massage in.
