Preparation and Usage: Opening instructions: Pull lid up to open. Stock preparation: To make 100ml of stock add 4g of stock powder to 100ml of water and bring to the boil. Instructions for 2 bowls of soup: 1 Put 4 heaped teaspoons (20g) of powder into a measuring jug. 2 Add 500ml of boiling water to the powder and stir well. 3 Pour into a pan and stir with your favourite ingredients, bring to the boil and simmer - product will dissolve & thicken upon boiling. Or Why not just sprinkle powder directly into stews or casseroles? Usage: This pack makes approximately 25 portions of stock.
