Preparation
Make a Delicious Chicken Korma
In just 20 minutes
1 Season First put the chicken in a bowl with the seasoning mix and mix together until evenly coated.
2 Sizzle Fry the seasoned chicken in a pan on medium heat for 2-3 mins stirring occasionally. Then add the spice paste, the dry sauce mix and 450ml of water.
3 Simmer Stir until mixed in, the sauce will thicken as if by magic within a minute or two. Simmer for a total of 15 minutes or until the sauce is creamy and the chicken is cooked
Finishing Touch Garnish with fresh coriander.
