Application: twist and tear the capsule, pour the dose of oil into your hands and warm between your palms. Gently press into the face and neck in upwards motions. Use morning and evening, apply to clean skin as the final step in your skincare routine (before SPF in the AM). Can also be mixed with moisturiser for a boost of hydration and glow.
