Patio Magic is a disinfectant concentrate that kills and controls green mould, algae, and lichens on hard surfaces without scrubbing. Dilute with water and apply to patios, driveways, and masonry for long-lasting results.

Ingredients
Active ingredient; Benzalkonium Chloride 7.5% w/w (75.0 g/L), Contains: Benzalkonium Chloride, Alcohols, C9-11, Ethoxylated
Preparation
Instructions for use: Shake well before use. Application: apply to dry surfaces only. Always test on a small area before use. For normal infestations, dilute 1 part of product with 4 parts of water. For light infestations, dilute 1 part of product with 9 parts of water. Apply 1 litre of diluted product per 3-7m2 of surface. Rinse out sprayer or watering can after use. Do not apply if rain is expected in the next 5-6 hours. Total coverage approx. 85m2 when diluted. Reaction time: Kills green mould and algae within typically 2-4 days, and helps to gently clean the treated surfaces in the following weeks and months. Algal growth may discolour for several days after treatment. Also kills black mould, but residual black mould staining may persist. In the event of direct contact with plants, flush with clean water. Keep animals off treated surfaces until completely dry (often 5-6 hours).

Do not eat drink or smoke when using this product. Use only outdoors or in a well ventilated area. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Dispose of contents and container to Local authority regulations.
